Blood Knights of the Inner Circle, as a title, is anachronistic and inaccurate. Originally the guild was formed from the most compotent and loyal of Zhanos\'s followers, an inner circle that served in equal parts as advisors and warriors. Even the most loyal followers of a being who is little more than evil and malice personified can only be trusted so far, however. Obsidian wrested control of the Blood Knights and slew Zhanos. After a time Obsidian\'s attentions drifted elsewhere and Nightshade took control of the guild. In its current incarnation, the Blood Knights are a diverse group. Though the title calls to mind an image of a heavily armored warrior brutally eviscerating his enemies, leaving only death and carnage in his wake, the ranks of the Blood Knights are filled with mages, thieves, and sundry other occupations as well as the fierce warrior. While the title is not accurate in describing the composition or organization of the current group, it does bear testament to the rich history of violence, bloodshed, and betrayal that make the Blood Knights what they are today.

Khneo is a land ruled by the five witches of various elements. These witches are the daughters of Baymeth, the matron of the town.
It was created by Baymeth, the goddess of grief, pity, mourning, and sadness for her followers as a means to bring happiness into their life. It is her followers' promised land, and her daughters keep the land a safe haven for travelers and citizens.

The Crimson Paladins of the Dark Castle were created with one purpose in mind - to serve the God of Evil, Obsidian. The guild was originally led by Obsidian's chosen warrior, Levana, though she later betrayed him. It was Obsidian's new General Tyvarliek that claimed the CPDC then, after Levana's death by Ellette's hand.
As the guild stands now, they have fought in wars, been betrayed, and ultimately cultivated evil in all its forms in pursuit of Obsidian's pleasure. They are his chosen warriors, and they are his flock.

Mielikki's Greed was found drifting at sea many years ago by her previous captain, Kayl Cahya. Finding a crate of cursed wings aboard the drifting ship, she soon put together a motley crew of harpy women. Some of these creatures are mythical beings, others are creatures that have surfaced from the depths of La Mer that were fortunate enough to be graced, or cursed, with a human body as the Greed sailed over them. Swearing their loyalty to the Greed and her crew, these lovely ladies were each gifted one of the cursed rings that Kayl found, granting them legs for as long as they wore the ring.
More recently, the Mielikki's Greed has fallen into misfortune. Caught in a strange storm while at sea, the ship was at risk of capsizing when one of the shipmates that had been left behind caught up to her and panicked. Forgetting the true nature of the ship and its crew, Isylra unknowingly cursed the ship, sinking her and prematurely ending the lives of its crew. The realization of what she'd done sparked a second curse, dredging the Greed and her crew up from the bottom of La Mer and returning them to a state of unlife. After the incident, and laden with guilt, Isylra took up control of the ship as the crew aboard the Greed seek an end to their curse. Meanwhile, Cascade has crafted an enchanted pendant to bind the mermaid's magic.

The Sirens Ball was, in some ways, as much the climactic fulfillment of past prophecies as it was the birth of new beginnings. It revealed the death of a tyrannical deity and the ascension of a new God. The blood of Dagorii, the Lord of Battle, flowed in rivers from the mouth of his successor, the newly formed God of Corruption- Yasec. The newfangled deity had spent months in preparation for the event by creating the slue of tantalizing demons now referred to as the Sirens. With their succulent song, they were instrumental in the swooning of the enamored crowd.
The Sirens now carry out the will of Yasec as Corruption\'s hand. This formidable cadre is as seductive as it is fatal, one that will surely leave even the most sturdy warrior shaking in their skin...for one reason or another.

Karchan and its outlying regions are heavily forested, covered in wilderness and untamed places that are still in need of exploring. The Rangers of Karchan oversee the prosperity of the forests and wildlife, keeping themselves up to speed with what happens in the natural environment. This means that the rangers have to be skilled explorers and trackers, well used to moving far and wide over difficult terrain. They have to be knowledgeable in the plants and herbs that can be gathered for medicinal purposes or used to help them survive on a journey out in the wild. Most of all they have to be willing to fight to protect against anything that causes danger to the forests or animals, disrupting the natural balance of the land.
