SYNOPSIS

chat <chatname> <message>

DESCRIPTION

Sends a chat message to a chat.

EXAMPLES

"chat mif Hello, there!"

You: [mif] Hotblack: Hello, there!
Anybody: [mif] Hotblack: Hello, there!

"chat deputies Hello, there!"

You: Unknown chatline.
