Shrug - formatted output

SYNOPSIS

shrug [to <person>]

DESCRIPTION

Shrug makes your character shrug to someone. If the command is directed to a certain person, all people in the room will see you shrug to this person, and the person in question will see you shrug to him.

EXAMPLES

"shrug"

You: You shrug.
Anybody: Slartibartfast shrugs.

"shrug to marvin"

You: You shrug to Marvin.
Marvin: Slartibartfast shrugs to you.
Anybody: Slartibartfast shrugs to Marvin.
