Elusen

Origins

Elusen has been many things over the years. It originated as the Dreamworld, crafted by Silvaras, the God of Visions and Dreams. At one point, Silvaras disappeared, and a foreign Ocean God, Krisidion, flooded the dreamworld and destroyed it. People fled en masse, unable to pick up the pieces left behind. Years later, Rhianneth, newly titled the Goddess of Charity, decided to employ individuals to help clean up the destruction, adopting it and renaming it Elusen. Rhianneth is honored there, making her home in Castle Alauda with her husband and children. Her sister Hestia, Goddess of Greed, is also honored there, making her home in the castle with the Alaudas.
Followers and others associated with Silvaras have returned and have been welcomed back, bringing worship back to Silvaras' name. Should he ever return to the realm, Rhianneth is sure to work with him, happy to share in a space they've both nurtured.

Government

Elusen is under the jurisdiction of the Knights of Karchan, with Rhianneth the one to make any official decisions or changes to the town itself.
Once upon a time, there was a Sheriff of sorts, but that position has dissolved.

Sights to See

The Charity Inn is good for travelers with little coin, as well as homeless individuals looking for a warm place to sleep.
The arena dazzles with light displays, sometimes used for battles, but other times just displaying a wide variety of magical shows.
The Moonlight Bay is Elusen's beach, always nightfall. Romantics like to steal away to this place for long walks down the beach or nighttime picnics on the sand. It is rumored that only one ship, The Windsong, can sail to the only dock in Elusen.
Hestia's Glittering Garden is a sight to behold, as everything crafted in it is made of precious gems or metals. It's stunning, but there's harsh punishments for anyone that tries to steal from it.
The Dreamweaver's Nest is where people can go for dream therapy. It's ran by Silvaras' step-daughter, Elyx.
