Haavi

Sprawling amid the great wastes of the eastern desert stands the sultanate of Haavi, land of Fire and Magic. From the sweltering Galila Dunes to the cool oases amid a sea of sand, or the grand capital of Feryyoth Oasis, intrigue awaits the adventurous soul!

Haavi can be reached by land or sea. A treacherous mountain pass through the far end of Dunholm will lead a traveler to the perilous Galila Dunes. If successfully navigated, one may find treasure in the desert or come to rest at a refreshing oasis. Rubies and sand vipers are a common feature of this unrelenting landscape. A very skillful navigator may even find the narrow pass that leads out of the dunes and onto the desert road, which in turn will lead one to the safety of Feryyoth Oasis.

For those less skilled, a trip by sea may be more advisable. Local ships can travel up the inlet from the ocean right into the heart of Feryyoth Oasis. Those fortunate enough to possess a certain magical ring may also gain quick entry to the capital city.

Some local highlights of Feryyoth Oasis include: The grand palace of the Sultana, a super cool brothel that has harem girls, exclusive beverages in the local tavern, a shrine to the local spirits, a resort hotel, and a public bath house.

Beware to follow the local laws! The Firelanders enforce justice with an iron fist. They often execute serious offenders by feeding them to the vicious mermaids of the southern coast!
