New Ordinances
1. In light of the recent controversy surrounding the Knights, particularly their unprofessional conduct and questionable protocol, no Knight of Karchan, not even Sypher, should be permitted within the city limits. If a Knight is seen within the boundaries of Crocodile Cove, it could result in immediate removal from the city or possible detainment.30 - Yes/8 - No
2. In order to own a shop within Crocodile Cove, one must actually reside within the city and be permitted to vote in any city elections. Those who currently own a shop that do not meet these requirements will be compensated. In order to work in the Cove if you are not a resident, you must first obtain a work permit from the Mayor. Those who currently work in Crocodile Cove and are not residents will be granted permits. If you are a resident but are not able to vote because of age, you are not required to obtain a permit. 16 - Yes/22- No
3. A Port Tax will be imposed upon most ships that dock in the cove, even for a brief period of time, for the general maintenance and upkeep of the docks. The Mayor will announce which ships, if any, are exempt from this tax and will also determine who is responsible for collecting the tax. 24 - Yes/14- No
4. The buying and selling of substances, besides alcohol, that alter an individual's mental states is legal within the Cove's territory. 29 - Yes/9 - No
5. Water cannot be served or ordered in any bar. The Quagmire included. 10 - Yes/28 - No

2. The buying and selling of substances, besides alcohol, that alter an individual's mental states is now legal within the Cove's territory, ONLY if purchased from the Quagmire/employees of the Quagmire. 8 - Yes/12- No
3. No betting on animal fights that are unsanctioned by the mayor. 12 - Yes/8 - No
4. Un-unionized prostitution is strictly probibited unless duly recognized by this government. Existing Unions: The Quagmire Union of Prostitution. 15 - Yes/5 - No
