The Hanoran Family

The Hanoran Family is comprised of Persephone Hanoran and her many children. The matriarch of the family has lived for a long time with many different lives and lovers along the way. Incredibly unlucky in love, Seph moved from bed to bed, ridiculously fertile. Below are her children, organized under their father's names in the order they were born.

Boreas

Boreas is a noble of the Fae's Winter Court. He and Persephone had a secret affair that resulted in a pair of twins. They have white hair, blue eyes, and an affinity for all things cold. As of December 13th, 2015, they are 76 years old.

Erasmus

Erasmus is the God of Love, and he easily seduced Persephone one day in a field of flowers. Though he was a good-aligned deity, he is also flighty and impulsive, and the one time only session begat the pair a single child. The child has golden blonde hair and vivid blue eyes. Being born of Erasmus, she is a muse, specifically, the muse of comedy. As of December 13th, 2015, she is 74 years old.

Ghaedi

Ghaedi was a beautiful male naga from Haavi with a green tail, green eyes, and jet black hair. His skin was naturally tan, and Persephone met him out in the dunes when she has lost her way. The two courted for awhile after he saved her, and Persephone gave him a half-naga daughter that had a dappling of sea green scales on her arms and legs, curly black hair, and Persephone's blue eyes. Persephone eventually broke up with Ghaedi when she found out that he was one of the Sultana's many lovers, and he confessed that Avihail had plans to take him into her harem more officially. Seph took the little one and left Haavi, and she has likely never seen her father as a result.
She has black hair, tan skin, blue eyes, with sea green scales on her arms and legs. As of December 13th, 2015, she is 61 years old.

Malakite was an elf gifted with psychic ability. All three children have psychic gifts and are half-elves. The triplets were accidents, and the result of a week-long fling between the parents. When Persephone announced that she was pregnant, Malakite hit the road as he was formerly in a relationship with a local healer named Yasmine, They have blonde hair and blue eyes, with pale skin. As of December 13th, 2015, they are 57 years old.

Ravenel

Ravenel is a morphie that was turned into a haunt. A morphie is a being that is able to be any gender or the spectrum in-between. (It is in the Chronicles.) Persephone met Ravenel as a man, but was also enamored with his female half as well. The two had twin boys together that also turned out to be morphies. Persephone and Ravenel have always had a rocky relationship. Their love was fast, furious, passionate, but toxic at times. When Persephone realized that Ravenel would likely never stay faithful to her, she took the boys and left. Once they were old enough to be out on their own, they tracked down their father and have stayed with him since. Persephone makes nice with Ravenel, and it is rumored that the two may be bonded and giving their relationship another go. The boys have blonde hair, glowing purple eyes, and tawny-tanned looking skin. As of December 13th, 2015, they are 52 years old.

Nathanael

Persephone had a one night stand after 8-9 years of being celibate at this time, and it resulted in a pregnancy. She never caught the father's name, but only knows that he was a werewolf. When she went back to where she met him, he was not there. She eventually found out that his name was Nathanael Deveroux of the Morrow Coven. The single girl born from this pairing has chestnut hair, green eyes, and pale skin. As of December 13th, 2015, she is 43 years old.

When Persephone lost her memory once, she lost the memories of many years of life. She was still mentally mature and much older, all she could remember was her first name and a false age. She met a mysterious man and after a brief courtship, the two decided to wed. His name was Lord Seth, a noble of the Grassy Knoll, and they had five lovely children during their marriage. Seth was human, and Persephone is a polymorph, so these kids each have a different form of their own.
First came Gwyneth and Laramas, the first set of twins. They have their mother's blonde hair and blue eyes. They are around 26 years of age as of December 13th, 2015.
Then came the second pair of twins one year later, Prim(rose) and Reeve. They have their mother's blue eyes and their father's raven-black hair. They are 25 years old as of December 13th, 2015.
Finally, there is Elek, who was conceived not long before the divorce. He looks more like his mother. He is currently 22 years old as of December 13th, 2015.

Xzion

Xzion's kids were another result of a one night stand. He was a shy golden dragon, and in typical Persephone style, she got pregnant without meaning to. She had a set of triplets by him, but before she could tell him the news, he fled Kuri to another realm to be with his people, never to return. The children all have white hair, tawny-golden skin, and golden eyes. The triplets are all age 20 as of December 13th, 2015.

Renon

Renon, like Seth and Ravenel, is one of the great loves of Persephone's life. He is a vampire hailing from the Island of Blackmyre, a region dedicated to humans and their blood donors living in harmony and taking care of each other. She came to be there on her way to Rajan, when her dragon triplets were still babies, and Elek was just a toddler. She also had Gwyneth, Laramas, Prim, and Reeve in tow when they came to the island. Renon was immediately taken with Persephone, and due to her past and all of the kids she brought with her, she turned down his initial advances. He was warm though, and doted on the kids for awhile until Persephone finally decided to be with him. Their love was sweet, gentle, and unhurried, and she gave him two beautiful daughters. Eventually, Persephone made the decision to leave Renon because she knew he was also desperately in love with his best friend, a gargoyle named Doyle. Persephone let Renon keep his kids on Blackmyre and raise them, as they were dhampirs and would need blood sometimes, something that she could not easily obtain. She visits every so often, and Renon still carries a flame for her to this day. They both have red hair in different shades, and blue eyes of different shades.

Atlas

Atlas was an unabashed fling for Persephone. It was her hope that she could get over leaving Renon if she invested time and energy in someone new. Atlas was a strong fire elemental, and though he was gruff, Persephone had a way of calming him. They met up often over the course of two months before Atlas said he had to move on. Turns out, he was a mercenary from the other half of the globe...a married one. Persephone wasn't crushed, but remained disappointed. When he left, she discovered she was pregnant with twins. She wrote him a few anonymous letters when she found his address, but he never wrote back. After awhile, she stopped trying. The twins look mostly like their father - darker skin, jet black hair, and red eyes. They are also fire elementals like their father. As of December 13th, 2015, they are 16 years old.

Matoga

Bonded to the realm due to his bond with Persephone, Matoga has become one of Persephone's permanent lovers. He's an ifrit, making him rough around the edges and dark, but he's fiercely devoted to Persephone and their child together.
